About Samantha

If an old box of hand-written stories from my childhood are any indication, I've always wanted to be a novelist, I love writing.

Samantha Knight was born and raised in Vernon, BC, Canada. She graduated from the University of British Columbia, Okanagan, in 2014, with a bachelor's degree in English, having specialized in creative writing and literature. But writing stories began the moment that she could write, and has since remained her life's passion.

 

Samantha's work has been featured is various literary magazines and anthologies over the years. In 2021, she had her first full-length novel published: The Girl With Many Names, a rendition of myth and fairy tale.

Samantha now lives in Edmonton, Alberta, with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
